The service
OTP Gaming lets you sign in, play chess and other strategy games, and keep a record of those games on your account. Features can change as we add boards or improve play. We may suspend the service for maintenance or security.
Your account
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for the activity on the OTP Gaming account opened with your Google account. One person, one account. Do not share your account or create another to dodge a limit or a ban.
The name and picture shown to other players come from your Google profile unless you set a different display name. You can close the account by emailing support@otpgaming.com.
Fair play
Play the games yourself. During a live game, do not use chess engines, bots, outside assistance, or any tool meant to choose your moves. Do not harass other players, impersonate someone, or interfere with the site.
We may warn you, void a game, or close an account that breaks these rules.
Your content
Moves, chat if we offer it, and display names you submit stay yours. You give OTP Gaming permission to store and show that content so the games work, including showing a finished game to the opponent and keeping a record of the result.
Our content
The OTP Gaming name, logo, site design, and game software belong to us or our licensors. You may play the games. You may not copy the site, resell access, or use the name in a way that suggests a partnership we do not have.
Privacy
Our privacy policy describes how we handle account information, including data received from Google sign-in. It is part of these terms.
Disclaimers
OTP Gaming is provided as available. Games can be interrupted, and we do not promise uninterrupted play or a particular rating outcome. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost games, lost time, or indirect damages arising from use of the site.
Ending access
You may stop using OTP Gaming at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, creates risk for other players, or uses the service in a way the law does not allow. Where we can, we will tell you why.
Changes
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If you keep playing after the update, the new terms apply.
